MenCare partners Men for Gender Equality Sweden (MÄN) and Save the Children Sweden launched the Swedish translation of the 2017 State of the Worlds Fathers: Time for Action report on November 10, 2017 at an event in Stockholm, Sweden.
State of the World’s Fathers: Time for Action, a MenCare publication, draws from nearly 100 research studies and reports, with data from nearly every country where it is available, to reveal what has stalled progress toward global gender equality and to lay out a bold agenda for men and boys doing fully 50 percent of the world’s unpaid care work.
At the launch of the Swedish report, Tatiana Moura and Milena do Carmo from Equimundo presented the MenCare campaign in Brazil, and representatives from MÄN presented the organization’s work with fatherhood and caregiving.
